Inmates discover themselves through digital storytelling

Since 2011, six batches of inmates have gone through The Hero’s Journey – a journey in self-discovery through digital storytelling.

The Singapore Prison Service website states:

Being committed to ensuring that inmates are in safe and secure custody, we are also committed to support them in their efforts to change and become responsible citizens. We believe that by rehabilitating our inmates, society can continue to be safe even when these offenders leave prison.

The journey of an inmate to become a responsible citizen begins the moment he comes under our custody. Under a rigorous regime, we hope to help our inmates unlock their potential to become responsible citizens upon their release from prison.

Tyros is pleased to partner with Singapore Prison in fulfilling their mission to help offenders Renew, Rehab, Restart.
